Position: Program Co-ordinator (Contract fulfilling maternity leave)
Hours per week: 24
Salary range $28.08 - 32.84 per hour

 
The Otonabee – South Monaghan Public Library is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated team player to perform duties and responsibilities of Program Co-ordinator. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop and implement programs and community engagement initiatives for all three branches, while striving to foster a culture that embraces the library’s strategic plan, statement of values and mission.

This position requires the ability to work a variety of hours including days, evenings, and weekends.

Position: Library Student Program Assistant
June 29 - August 31, 2023
Hours per week: Between 20-35 hrs.
Rate range per Hour: $15.00 - $15.50


The Otonabee – South Monaghan Public Library is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated team player to perform the duties and responsibilities of Library Student Program Assistant. The successful candidate will assist with the implementation of program activities for our Minecraft Summer Camps and summer programming for children aged 4-6 and 7-12, as well as assist staff with basic library duties.
 
Qualifications

 

Must have strong knowledge and skill base in Minecraft
Experience working with children, and youth
Demonstrated organizational skills
Proficient in using computers, Internet navigation, common office software and social media
Currently enrolled in secondary or post-secondary institution
Must have reliable transportation to and from library
