Enticing people to come to the library is always a goal for any public library. To encourage this, Otonabee-South Monaghan Libraries are offering to display local and county artists’ work. ‘Art in the Library’ began in the fall of 2017, with month long displays and artist-in-residence sessions with artists demonstrating their craft in person.
